Rules for Participation and Registration:
- A limit of 999 participants has been set. An individual is considered registered when they have filled out and submitted the registration form and paid the entry fee. Once 999 people have registered and paid, the participant list will be closed.
- Race numbers will be issued upon presentation of identification or another document verifying identity, such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport. If someone else is collecting the race number on behalf of a participant, they must have an authorization generated from the participant's panel, printed, and signed by the participant.
- Participants receive access to the panel through a confirmation email with a password.
- All participants who have reached the age of 15 are eligible to participate in the race (by March 16, 2024). Participants over 18 years of age sign a statement accepting responsibility for their participation. Participants aged 15-17 (who have not yet reached the age of majority by the race day, March 16, 2024) must have permission to participate from their parents or legal guardians, with their signature and PESEL number. This statement is filled out at the race office when the parent or legal guardian collects the race package. The presence of a parent or guardian with proof of identity is a condition for allowing minors to start. A parent can collect the race package for their child.
- Registrations are made electronically by filling out the form on the nocnapiatka.pl website and paying the entry fee.
- Electronic registrations are accepted until midnight on March 13, 2024. After this date, it will no longer be possible to register for the race. The race office closes at 8:00 PM on the day of the race, and there will be no registration on the day of the race.
- Starting from March 4, 2024, participants will have the option to transfer the race package free of charge.
- There is no time limit for completing the 5-kilometer race.
- Please keep the confirmation email with the login and password for access to the participant's panel.
- The entry fee for participating in the race is: 49.00 PLN
